You can stay in a delightful B&B apartment in the middle of beautiful Ribe, the oldest town in Scandinavia.
There is a separate sleeping- and living-room, a lounge with a 200 cm bed,
a large bathroom with bath and shower plus private lavatory. A tea kitchen is at your disposal, as are towels and bed linen, fresh on your arival.
The apartment is on the ground floor, making everything easier for those who have difficulty getting about. If you come by bicycle or motorcycle, you can park in the shelter in the inner courtyard. Cars can park in one of several public car parks within minutes’ walk of the apartment.
You are welcome to use the garden which opens on to the mill stream leading to the medieval sluice called King’s Mill.

From number 9, Sortebrødregade, it is only two minutes’ walk to the Ribe Cathedral and Scandinavia’s oldest Town Hall, where hundreds of couples are wed every year.
A Ribe wedding is beautiful, an experience chosen by many. And we are pleased that so many wedding couples choose to stay with us. Some also choose our Cafe Quedens as the setting for their wedding dinner.
Sortebrødregade is right in the middle of old Ribe, within walking distance of museums, surrounded by the wonderful medieval houses that give Ribe its renowned historical atmosphere.
In just a few minutes you can be standing in the Ribe Fens, recently declared a National Park. This unique nature reserve, full of bird, animal and plant life, has to be experienced to be believed.
Every evening throughout the summer, you can accompany the Night Watchman on his rounds through Ribe.
You can visit the Viking Centre out at Lustrup, see Ansgar’s Cathedral, take a horse-drawn carriage ride through the narrow streets or just take a stroll through the even narrower alleys.
The price is 450 DKK for two people. Extra beds are 150 DKK per person. Breakfast can be arranged for 65 DKK per person.
